From Albion Mural Project:
The title of the piece "La Pinta" is a slang term for prison. The bull is a metaphor for the prisoners, caged, held against it's will, swollen with fat and muscle. Prisoners are often treated like livestock, traded and moved through corporate owned penitentiaries. Gang colors and script are tattooed on prisoners who align themselves out of desperation for survival.
